The Guiding Principles of the Community Action Center

The Community Action Center of Northfield and Faribault has grown with its communities and adapted to meet the needs of a changing population. To ensure its programming reflects the values of their community members, they enlisted the help of those that use their services to create a list of guiding principles that will anchor the organization’s work.
